This illuminated acoustic wall for a general contractor in the Munich area was designed, manufactured and installed by additive tectonics. It is an eye-catcher that not only serves as lighting, but also acoustically improves the entire room.
This illuminated acoustic wall for a general contractor in the Munich area was designed, manufactured and installed by additive tectonics. It is an eye-catcher that not only serves as lighting, but also acoustically improves the entire room. This is made possible by its faceted shape and our special sound absorbing printing material "Econit Air", which consists of 70% inflated glass waste from glass bottle production. To produce this extraordinary lightwall, a total of 47 individual parts were manufactured in a single printing process within just 6 hours.
Afterwards, the perfectly prefabricated elements were assembled on site, grouted and finished with a white color.
